1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • A minimum processing fee of ₹500 may be deducted from the refund to cover payment gateway or transaction charges.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Shipment

If an order is cancelled after it has already been dispatched, the following deductions may apply:

  • Two-way shipping charges (shipping + return shipping)
  • Payment gateway or processing fees (if applicable)

The remaining balance will be refunded after the product is returned to our warehouse.


2. Return & Replacement Policy

3. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The product does not meet quality standards
  • The package is missing parts, accessories, or components

All return requests must be approved by our support team before shipping the item back.


4. Warranty Coverage

Warranty availability may vary depending on the product type and your location.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Up to 1 year warranty (depending on the warranty selected at checkout) for manufacturing defects in laptops or desktops
  • 6-month warranty on batteries and power adapters
  • 6-month warranty on MacBook devices

Not Covered Under Warranty

Warranty does not apply in cases such as:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Extended warranty plans apply only to manufacturing defects.


5. Repair & Resolution Timeline

Once a warranty claim is approved:

  • The issue may take up to 30 days to resolve
  • This includes inspection, pickup, repair, and delivery

If the product cannot be repaired within this period, bizwisagri.com may provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds issued under warranty may include depreciation of 1% per month based on usage.


6. Buyback Program

Customers may return a product during the warranty period through our buyback option.

  • Minimum depreciation of 10%, or
  • 3% per month of usage (whichever is higher)

Additional deductions may apply if the product shows customer-caused damage.


7. Return Requirements

To ensure approval:

  • Product must be in original condition with packaging and accessories
  • No customer-caused damage
  • Remove all personal data before returning

bizwisagri.com is not responsible for lost data.

Returns due to change of mind may involve deductions.

Proper packaging is required—we are not responsible for transit damage.


8. How to Request a Return

  • Submit request with order details
  • Wait for approval

Important Notes:

  • Returns without approval will not be accepted
  • Some items may require technician inspection
  • If defective → accepted without extra charges
  • If no defect → deductions may apply

Approved replacements are usually shipped within 24–48 hours after receiving the returned item.


9. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product is not in original condition
  • Damage due to misuse
  • Customized or special order items
  • Clear customer-caused damage

10. Refund Policy

If Product Is Returned Before Delivery (RTO)

  • Refund initiated within 24–48 hours after warehouse receipt
  • Amount reflects within 14 business days
  • Shipping charges may be deducted

For COD orders not accepted, advance payment is non-refundable.


If Product Was Delivered and Then Returned

  • Inspection takes 24–48 hours
  • Refund processed within 14 business days

Refunds issued:

  • Prepaid → original payment method
  • COD → customer bank account

Deduction Rules

  • If defective → only depreciation may apply
  • If not defective →
    • Minimum 10% restocking fee OR
    • 3% monthly depreciation

Extra charges may apply for damage.

12. Company Rights

  • Decline non-eligible returns
